Our stylists here at Alana Strock & Company LLC value our time with our clients, but we do understand that life happens. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations: We require a minimum 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment up to 1 hour. We require a minimum 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment that exceeds 2 hours. A fee will apply to appointments cancelled on short notice, at a rate of $25 per reserved hour. Missed appointments: Our “No Show” policy applies when a guest misses their appointment without providing notice. The guest may book future services by paying a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service scheduled. We may decline requests from guests who have missed multiple appointments. Late arrivals: Alana Strock & Company respects your time. We require our service providers to maintain a timely schedule and greet our guests promptly. We may need to reschedule guests’ services when they arrive more then 15 minutes late for their appointment, so that we can offer timely services to each guest. In the event that we are still able to accommodate you, a $25 late fee will be added to your service total. Thank you for your understanding!
