Cancellation Policy

Here at Alana Strock & Company, LLC, we value our time with our clients, but we do understand that life happens. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. The salon phone number is available for both calls AND texting. Cancellations: For an appointment that is 1-3 hours duration, we require a minimum 24 hours notice for cancellation. For an appointment that exceeds 3 hours, we require a minimum 48 hours notice for cancellation. A charge of 25% of the total service/s scheduled will apply to appointments cancelled after the required time frames (the 24 and 48 hour requirements). Missed appointments: Our “No Show” policy applies when a guest misses their appointment without notification or contacting us. If you do not contact us or show for your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your total appointment cost to compensate the stylist for the lost time. We reserve the right to decline requests from guests who have missed multiple appointments. If you have missed 2 appointments, you may book future services by paying a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service scheduled. The deposit will be credited to your appointment total at checkout. Late arrivals: Alana Strock & Company, LLC, respects your time. Therefore, we require our stylists to maintain a timely schedule and greet our guests promptly. We may need to reschedule a guests’ service/s when they arrive more then 15 minutes late for their appointment so that we can offer timely services to each guest. In the event that we are still able to accommodate you, a $25 late fee will be added to your service total. Thank you for your understanding!
